Career Highlights
Eliza joined Good Sports in October 2021 as a Corporate Partnerships Associate. Eliza returns to her sports-based youth development roots after a stint with Boston After School & Beyond as the Out-of-School-Time Manager for Social and Emotional Learning. At Boston Beyond, she oversaw the on-the-ground implementation and coaching components of a national research initiative focused on the alignment of social and emotional learning between Boston Public Schools and their after school programs. Prior to that, she spent four years with Harlem Lacrosse, a nonprofit organization that works to empower inner city youth to rise above their challenges and reach their full potential. In her second year, she was promoted to Program Director and moved to Boston to build the city’s first girls program, located at the inaugural Boston site: TechBoston Academy in Dorchester. Before her time at Harlem Lacrosse, Eliza worked in the sports media industry at Tufts University and Harvard University. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University and is originally from Maine.
